UNC Forensic Nurses seek to provide people who have experienced violence a safe place to receive timely, compassionate, competent care. Forensic Nurses
are proficient in medical forensic evaluation and treatment. By utilizing the ideals of evidence-based, patient-centered, culturally-competent, and trauma-informed care, they promote the psychological well-being of patients by empowering them with support, health information, and community resources in addition to medical forensic services.
Over twenty baskets donated by partners from across the health system will be open for bid throughout the conference. Check out some of these awesome baskets (see attached).
