May Day Exhibitor
Gold Package
Gold Level Exhibitors will receive:
- Two invitations to the May Day Social (Separate from conference) on the evening of April 30, 2026 for the opportunity to network with trauma physicians and conference speakers
- Display table (6ft table, drape, and two chairs) in the exhibit hall’s central and most prominent area
- Breakfast and Lunch for two people for each day of the conference
- One conference registration

Silver Level Exhibitors will receive:
- Display table (6ft table, drape, and two chairs) in a prominent area of the exhibit hall
- Breakfast and lunch for one person for each day of the conference
- One additional staff may be added for $125 per day
