36th Annual May Day Trauma Conference
Who: Calling for high-quality healthcare vendors and service providers who want to connect with a diverse group of over 100 healthcare professionals including emergency services personnel, physicians, nurses, healthcare administrators, allied health, and other first response and preparedness personnel.
When: Thursday, May 1 – Friday, May 2, 2025
Where: William and Ida Friday Center - 100 Friday Center Dr, Chapel Hill, NC 27517
What: Tar Heel Trauma’s annual May Day Trauma Conference is a two-day showcase of Trauma Services’ industry trends, research and best practices. With two full days of speaker presentations and panels, attendees will hear from outstanding faculty members and nationally recognized experts across the continuum of care.
Why: This is your organization’s opportunity to educate industry-specific healthcare professionals on the great work you are doing and how your products or services can assist them in providing the highest quality of care. Exhibitors are stationed in the Friday Center's beautiful Atrium, and at least four hours of the conference agenda includes dedicated time for participants to visit vendors’ booths.

Gold Package
Gold Level Exhibitors will receive:
- Two invitations to the May Day Social (separate from conference) on the evening of May 1, 2025 for the opportunity to network with trauma physicians and conference speakers
- Display table (6ft table, drape, and two chairs) in the exhibit hall's central and most prominent area.
- Breakfast and lunch for two people for each day of the conference
- One conference registration

Silver Level Exhibitors will receive:
- Display table (6ft table, drape, and one chair) located in a prominent area of the exhibit hall
- Breakfast and lunch for one person for each day of the conference
- One additional staff may be added for $125 per day
