UNC Hospitals is an 800-bed tertiary care, academic medical center located on the beautiful campus of the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, NC. As a Level I Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center verified by the American College of Surgeons and North Carolina’s designated burn center, UNC Hospitals admitted over 2200 patients with significant injuries along with over 1800 burn patients in 2018.
