SUMMARY:A Matter of Balance Virtual Coach Training
DESCRIPTION:A Matter of Balance is a proven program designed to help people manage concerns about falls and increase physical activity.  Mid-Carolina Agency on Aging is looking for volunteers to help provide this program.\nCoaches help participants become more confident about managing falls\, help to identify ways to reduce falls\, and lead exercises to help increase strength and balance.\nIf you are interested in becoming a coach\, you must attend one of the three virtual trainings.  The training is FREE\, and offered  June 2-4 from 9am-1pm.\nContact Isabel Fitzgibbons to register for the training: (910) 323-4191 x40 or ifitzgibbons@mccog.org
